Terms and Conditions All personal information provided by our clients is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose this information without your consent. Under data protection legislation you can request in writing any information that we hold about you.

The legal and equitable title, including full copyright to any goods or services provided under any Contract or Agreement shall remain with Moving On By Design Limited until payment has been received in full. However, Moving On By Design Limited shall retain the right to use any item for the purpose of marketing or advertising.

The price for goods or services is to be agreed between the parties prior to commencement. 50% of the agreed price is required in advance. You are required to pay for our time, and agreed prices are based on the goods or services provided, regardless of whether they are used or not.

Any amendment to the goods or services provided will be charged at our hourly or daily rate.

You have a right to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation you will be invoiced for the cost of any work executed based on our hourly or daily rate. If no work was completed, you will not be charged.

Moving On By Desgn cannot guarantee exact colour matching due to monitor colour variations.

Moving On By Design Limited utilises firewall and virus checking software, however it strongly recommends that you maintain your own security.
